What should I do upon arrival in Venice?

How do I get to Venice downtown from the Airport?

1°) Public waterbus " ALILAGUNA" arriving in San Marco in about 1 Hour 
Cost Euro 10,00 per person.

2°) Bus n° 5 to Pazzale Roma in 30 minutes plus waterbus n°51 to San Zaccaria in 20 minutes. Cost Euro4,00 per person.

3°) Private watertaxi with arrival "Campo San Lorenzo" in about 30 minutes. Cost Euro 80,00.

When I arrive by train?

Watebus n° 51 from Railroad station to San Zaccaria in 20 minutes, Cost Euro 3,00 per person.

When I arrive by Car?

Park the Car in one of the Garages of Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto's Island.
Average Cost Euro 18,00 daily, then step on waterbus n° 51 from Piazzale Roma 
to San Zaccaria in 20 minutes,cost Euro 3,00 per person or from Tronchetto:
waterbus n° 82 to San Marco in 30 minutes, Cost Euro 3,00 per person.

Are there Shops close to the Apartment?

Yes,very close. A few yards away there is a choice of shops.
Opening Hours : from 9,00 to 12,30 A.M. and from 4,00 to 7,30 P.M.
Resting days : Wednesdays afternoons and Sundays.

Sorry, Pets are not allowed.

How may I fix a Booking?

We request a Deposit for the 30% of Renting Price by Bank Transfer or Postal money order whithin 3 days of reservation, faxing us Receipt of Payment. 
Full Renting Price will have to be paid Cash upon arrival while Deposit will be returned to you upon Departure on collection of Keys.

How do I manage to reach the Beaches on Venice' Lido?

The apartment is well located also for this purpose. From San Zaccaria several waterbus Lines take you to the See in 10 minutes - Line n° 1 - n° 51 or Big Motorship.

I spend a week in Venice and I wish t make an Excursion !

We suggest : Padova, The Brenta River with its Palladian Villas, Verona, Vicenza, Ferrara.
All one-day excurtions.
